We are incredibly proud to be nominated with the entry 'Manager in Everyday Life' in the prestigious category 'Upskill/Reskill of the Year,' in collaboration with the Police Authority.
Manager in Everyday Life' is a comprehensive training package tailored and pedagogically designed for all managers within the Police Authority. The training package is based on blended learning and is in line with the Police's strategic initiatives.
The entire competence initiative aims to provide managers with the right conditions to acquire knowledge in six different subject areas and apply them in their daily work. Throughout the process, the needs of the organization and managers for new or enhanced competence have been constantly emphasized.
Madeleine Boman, project leader for 'Manager in Everyday Life' at the Police Authority, emphasizes:
